Maintain & repair machines & equipment all types of bearings, friction/anti-friction, belts & chains, coupling alignment, gear boxes, bench work, rebuilding and overhauling pumps, conveyor maintenance, exhaust fans and blowers, roll changes, electric motor replacement, overhead crane repair, robotics and diagnostics, fabricate fiberglass, sheet metal, guards & rails. Install machines & equipment by interpreting prints and schematics correctly. Maintain & repair hydraulics and pneumatics, including pumps, valves, cylinders and actuators, lubricants and coolants. Perform metallurgy, including flame cutting & heating, welding, heat treating, blacksmithing. Perform predictive & preventative maintenance inspection.
